• We require a Pc for the job lets begin,
1/- Install the drivers of the device on the PC and make sure that the phone is being detected by it.
2/- Install vRoot and right click on the application to run as administrator
3/- Then connect your device via USB and wait till it get recognized by vRoot.
4/- When your device will be shown connected on the screen then click the green area to root the device.
5/- All done! just disconnect your device. (You can install superSu app from Google playstore. When you open the app, it will start updating the binaries you just reboot the device and you are done).
Now to flash TeamWin(twrp) custom recovery:
1/ Copy the recovery image file from Elanza 2 package & place it in your external SD card.
2/ Then install flashify app on your phone. (you can either download it from playstore or from the link down below).
3/ Open the app by granting it root permission.
4/ Then click recovery. After that browse for the recovery.img file that we placed in the external SD card before.
5/ Tap YUP! & it will automatically flash the recovery. Tap reboot into recovery to see your flashed twrp recovery.
You can read steps for flashing recovery via flashify in detail over: HERE
Miscellaneous stuffs: you can create a backup of your whole Rom from the recovery, under the backup and restore option.
Also note that if you got any other recovery too like ClockworkMod(cwm) etc available then you can also flash it by applying the above steps to flash the recovery, you only just place the new recovery on your SD card and flash it on the device using flashify.
